Publix @ Parkland Commons

This Publix facility is located at the Parkland Commons in Parkland, Florida. This project had a new seawall along the lake to enable the construction of a scenic walkway. The building construction employed shallow foundations, reinforced masonry walls and a structural steel roof. There were also elaborate trellises throughout the site. QuEST provided soils and concrete testing as well as structural inspections.
